  • Can I pay per week?

  • What are the prices?

    The cost of your storage space will depend on the amount of space you require.

  • Do you offer any specials?

    Yes, we have specials, but they will vary from location to location and from time to time. To get the best deal, talk to your preferred storage location.

  • How does billing work?

    We work from a monthly renewable contract, so this means you will automatically be billed for the next month when your rent expires. We send your invoice to you two weeks in advance, so if you know you will be moving out, you can give us notice to move out. If you would like to prepay for six months or 12 months at a time to receive a discount, you need to contact our office to apply the discount before the due date and we will arrange for a new invoice to be sent to you and we can take payment.

  • Security and Access
  • Is the site secure?

    We do everything we can to ensure your goods are as safe as they would be if they were in your home. We have 24-hour video surveillance throughout our centres and many centres have individually alarmed doors. At some centres we also have a manager living on site for further security.

  • What does “on-site” manager mean?

    This means that the manager of the centre actually lives on site, usually above the office, so he/she is available to assist at times that may be outside office hours.

  • What security is there at each storage centre?

    Most storage centres have a PIN access system for entry and exit of the main gate. All storage centres have video cameras strategically placed around the storage centre to monitor the premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Do you have a key for this unit?

    No. Self-storage means you pack your unit with your goods, you lock the unit with your own padlock and you hold the only key. The centre staff do not hold a key to your storage space – only you can access your goods.

  • Can I give my code to others (e.g. removalist or relatives)?

    We advise that you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract. This protects both you and other unit holders.

  • How many attempts do you get if you forget your code?

    If you enter an incorrect code, the system will not recognise you and you will not be given access. You can try as many times as you like. If our office is open, just bring your photo ID in and our staff will assist you with your code. If this happens after hours and it is an emergency, you can refer to your storage agreement, or call the emergency contact number posted near the entrance of the storage centre.

  • What access to my unit do I have?

    Access to your unit will depend on the storage location. The staff there can confirm access availability.

  • How often can I access my goods?

    If your account is paid up to date, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, so you would need to check with your storage centre of choice.

  • Can I access my unit outside the advertised hours?

    Yes, you can speak to the relevant centre manager and an arrangement may be agreed upon depending on the circumstances. A fee may apply for a longer period of extended access.
