How We Calculate Your Storage Costs

Storage costs are calculated based on a couple of variables including:

  • What kind of items you’re putting into storage
  • How many items you’re putting into storage
  • How many months you’re putting your items into storage.

  • Will I need to sign a fixed contract?

    No. We operate on a flexible prepaid monthly basis. If you choose to move your things out of your storage unit, simply tell your local centre staff prior to the next monthly cycle.

    However, we do require you to sign a ‘storage agreement’. This outlines and explains:

    • The rights and obligations of both parties
    • All the terms and conditions
    • The relationship that exists between the storer (you) and the storage operator (us).
  • Can I get refunded if I move out sooner than I expected?

    Because we work on a prepaid monthly basis, we can only refund a full month – if you give us enough notice (2 weeks). Let our staff know as soon as you’ve decided to leave so that you won’t pay for more than you need.

  • Can I get a discount for prepaying?

    Yes, sometimes. If you’re interested in paying 6 or 12 months ahead of time, talk to your local staff to see if there’s a discount available. The centre staff will modify your invoice if this is the case.

  • Which payment methods can I use?

    We accept all major credit cards (i.e. Via, MasterCard, and Amx). Our centres can also receive payment in cash or cheques, if you require.
